If You've Lost Your Home In A Presidentially Declared Disaster, There's Help For You

If You've Lost Your Home In A Presidentially Declared Disaster, There's Help For You

If you're one of the many Americans who have suffered from the destruction or total loss of your home due to a disaster in an area that the President declared it a natural disaster, you may qualify for the FHA section 203(h) program.
It allows the FHA to insure mortgages made by qualified lenders to these such victims who need to rebuild their homes or buy another home.

It's an effort to help these victims become a homeowner or re-establish themselves as homeowners.

If your home was damaged and it needs to be replaced or reconstructed, you may qualify.

Some of the features include:
No down payment
100% financing with the possible exceptions of mortgage insurance premiums and the closing costs.

There are loan limits, get more info here
